I am M **** Daimary and I belong from the Bodo kachari tribe from kokrajhar BTAD Assam I don’t know whom to address so I’m addressing in the name of The Hindu Daily newspaper.
Now first let me tell you something about The Bodos, The Bodos are an ethnic and linguistic aboriginal group of the Brahmaputra valley in the northeast part of India. The Bodos are recognized as a plains tribe in the Sixth Schedule of the Indian Constitution. Historically the great Bodos were known as the Mech. Even today the Bodos living in West Bengal, Nagaland and Nepal are called Mech. The Bodos use the term Bodosa (which is pronounced as Borosa meaning son of Bodo) to describe themselves. The Bodosa is Sub clan of Dimasa people. In short we can understand Bodo/Boro people are originated from Dimasa people. Even though Bodos are demographically separated they follow the same culture, tradition, language and religion

As a news published on 06/08/16 by #TheHindu daily newspaper Headlining in the front page (Chennai and New Delhi edition & online edition) titled “14 dead as Bodo men target Assam market” (http://www.thehindu.com/todays-paper/14-dead-as-bodo-men-target-assam-market/article8950718.ece) now I want to ask you who is the Bodo man.? Who is Bodo militants? I am Bodo kachari am I a militant? Former Election commissioner of India Harishankar Brahma (retd IAS officer of 1975 batch) he is a Bodo was he the Bodo man on your Headlines who was targeting the market? Or he is a Bodo militant.? Rupjyoti Brahma Karjee a IFS officer consulate General of India Vladivostok (Russia) he is also a Bodo, was he the Bodo man on you headlines or a Bodo militant.? Kameswar Brahma, a padmashree award winning of 2016, Ranjit shekar mushary former Governor of megalaya (2008-2013) they all are Bodo was he the Bodo man on your headlines or a Bodo militants? Durga Das Boro, Halicharan Narzary renowned Football player of India, Fwiloa Basumatary Indian Boxer winner of L’Oreal Women of Worth for her Excellence in sports, Dance India Dance winner Pronita Swargayari, among others. They all are Bodo was any one of them a Bodo man on your headlines.? Or Bodo militants. Those thousands of Bodo people who are serving Indian Army, CRPF, SSB and various paramilitary, Bodo people serving at Nation, State those IAS, IFS , ACS are all those people are militant? Or a Bodo man on your headlines?
Section 66A (Information and Technology) says:
“Any person who sends, by means of a computer resource or a communication device
(a) any information that is grossly offensive or has menacing character; or
(b) any information which he knows to be false, but for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience, danger, obstruction, insult, injury, criminal intimidation, enmity, hatred or ill will, persistently by making use of such computer resource or a communication device,
